- Stay Informed of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to our business domains.
- Develop Business Requirements: Develop business requirements for technology solutions that support optimized business processes.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in a technology/digital organization at a multinational company.
- Business Architecture Expertise: Demonstrated experience building and maintaining business capability maps, and a deep understanding of the interdependencies between enterprise strategy and IT developments.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth technological knowledge and experience to incorporate design choices and constraints in the architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration with Senior Management: Experience collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and objectives.
- Business Capability Assessments: Experience conducting business capability assessments, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to identify areas for improvement and define future state architectures.
- Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to our business domains, such as cloud computing, RPA, and AI.
