• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management of software outsourcing, with a strong background in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills, including experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Proficient in IT and able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and experience in managing projects using this framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
• A degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, with advanced English language skills.

• To develop accurate forecasts of projects under their management.
• To manage projects using Agile Methodologies, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• To work closely with the PMO team to execute procedures for Project Managers.
• To provide support to Project Managers and escalate any relevant issues to the Vice President.
• To ensure compliance by their team with established methodologies and processes.
• To communicate complex problems to Account Managers, who will handle customer relationships.
• To maintain clear and professional communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• To ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
