Project Planner

As a Planning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution. This involves crafting and refining project schedules to align with resource availability and stakeholder expectations.

• Schedule Development: Utilize project management software to create detailed project timelines, ensuring accurate resource allocation.
• Collaboration and Communication: Interface with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project data, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify deviations from the baseline schedule and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics, to inform stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in project planning within the oil and gas sector, preferably with knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software and knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
