We are currently looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Brazil. As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with the product owner to shape the implementation of new features/sites and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on the job requirements and market conditions. This salary may vary depending on individual factors such as location and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements/user stories to support design activities.
  • Develop prototypes and write new code and/or APIs.
  • Perform unit testing of software components.
  • Conduct code reviews and tests of automated build scripts.
  • Debug software components and identify remediation of code defects.
  • Lead project/feature implementation and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Ensure the Performance of the application.
  • Production issue research and resolution.
  • Tooling identification.
  • Ensure the Security of features and the application.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive development experience.
  • 5+ years in Magento/Adobe Commerce development.
  • Familiarity with system design.
  • Experience developing customer-facing web experiences using PHP 7/8, HTML, jQuery, MySQL, and REST web technologies.
  • Experience with the entire Agile lifecycle of software development.
