Senior HR Analyst Job Description

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for various tasks including recruitment, employer branding, training, onboarding management, communication, local mobility, internship programs, third-party management, HR KPIs, data administration, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Employer Branding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and promote the company's image.
  • Training and Onboarding Management: Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication channels across the organization to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Local Mobility: Coordinate internal job postings and manage employee movements within the organization.
  • Internship Program & Third-Party Management: Oversee the development and implementation of internship programs and partnerships with external organizations.
  • HR KPIs: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Data Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records in Workday and LMS systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English.
  • Solid knowledge of HR topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-graduation in People Management or Business Management.
