Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer - Associate to join our team. This individual will work closely with a specialized law firm, focusing on contentious litigation in various areas such as Civil, Consumer, Family, and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents
  • Attending court hearings and proceedings
  • Managing case systems and databases
  • Conducting thorough legal research
  • Preparing detailed legal reports and analysis

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Law degree from an accredited institution
  • Active registration with the OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, as well as Case Management Systems and Virtual Calendars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
