Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a wind power generation facility.

About The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all project safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
  • Manage resource availability with applicable teams.
  • Oversee maintenance and administrative staff.
  • Participate in on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
  • Work outdoors in inclement weather and at heights greater than 80 meters.
  • Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
  • Conduct quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipment.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • An Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and valid CFT's License.
  • A minimum of four years of WTG O&M field management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of WTG O&M contract management.
  • A National Driver's License - CNH B.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
