Corporate Recruiter Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and recruiting top-tier talent in product, operations and marketing for the company's expanding operations.

Mastery in English is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

  • Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer presentation
  • Talent sourcing using various channels including job boards, social media and networking
  • Candidate assessment through in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit
  • Fostering strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as strong knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws.
