Job Title: Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Hardlines Private Brands team, you will be responsible for driving the global Supply Chain vision and strategy for one of our fastest-growing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead warehouse capacity forecast modeling and ordering flow development to ensure we have the right footprint to support our marketplace partners.
  2. Analyze planning gaps and deviations, and translate them into actionable items to improve future plans.
  3. Develop and implement automated solutions across our supply chain network to reduce inventory holding positions, store inventory in lowest-cost centers, increase inventory turns, and mitigate overstock risks.
  4. Optimize Supply Chain business processes and conduct program evaluation toward tech solutions.
  5. Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Participate in global operational and production planning initiatives and project rollouts to cater to growing business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
