About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled EHS Consultant to join our team in Alphaville. As an EHS Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Corteva's standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records and reports, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Commercial Area Safety Committee and other EHS-related committees.
  • Manage contractor safety and ensure compliance with Corteva's contractor safety program.
  • Develop and maintain EHS training programs and materials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in EHS, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 14001.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
