Backend Software Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled software engineer with expertise in Golang to design and implement high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building scalable systems, a strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated invoice generation systems, building and scaling attribution logic systems, developing robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics, and creating efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of database design, experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture, and a track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang
  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Povver to design and implement complex financial or billing systems
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Strong understanding of database design
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
