Service Delivery Manager Role Summary:

SERVICE DELIVERY LEADER

The ideal candidate will oversee the Service Department, implementing and monitoring operational strategies to achieve business objectives. They will ensure seamless customer interactions, foster a culture of quality and excellence, and drive growth through effective service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute service delivery plans aligned with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Manage and control costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive retention rates.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure service department success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Diagnostic sector.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Process and compliance-oriented.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
