Job Title: Country Operations Director
About the RoleThe Country Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations of our organization in the country. This includes managing a team, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing programs that align with our global mission.
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in management, program development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Manage a team of professionals to ensure effective program implementation
- Foster partnerships with local stakeholders to promote our mission
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public health, or international development
- At least 10 years of experience in management positions, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, program development, and partnership building
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
