Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Specialist to lead our anti-money laundering program in Brazil, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of anti-money laundering programs across multiple jurisdictions, support relevant areas in identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate anti-money laundering risks, and engage with stakeholders to ensure anti-money laundering risks and controls are being addressed.
Responsibilities- Lead the anti-money laundering program in Brazil, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Drive anti-money laundering program implementation across multiple jurisdictions in which we operate.
- Support relevant areas in identifying and implementing improvements to mitigate anti-money laundering risks.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure anti-money laundering risks and controls are being addressed.
- Support the development of new products, observing anti-money laundering risks and needs to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Support the Head of Compliance on the preparation of executive reports to high-level executives about the AML program and relevant KPIs.
- 6+ years of experience in Corporate Compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering role.
- 6+ years of experience in audit, financial services, project management.
- Strong project and time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on financial services, payments, or commerce ecosystem, with highly regulated services and products.
- Experience working with regulators to satisfy regulatory requirements pertaining to Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written) is mandatory.
