O candidato deve ter experiência em RH e habilidade para atuar como consultor interno para as áreas designadas.

Suas responsabilidades incluem identificar e desenvolver talentos, garantindo a sucessão de posições críticas e implementar planos de desenvolvimento individual (PDIs) que impulsionem o crescimento dos colaboradores.

Acompanhe os indicadores de RH e de negócio, propondo melhorias contínuas em ferramentas e programas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional (DHO).

Apoie a liderança na condução de processos de Onboarding, On The Job e defina indicadores de performance, garantindo uma gestão de pessoas de alta qualidade.

Participe da construção e acompanhamento do orçamento de pessoas, contribuindo para a sustentabilidade e crescimento da empresa.

Gerencie o ciclo de Gente, incluindo avaliação de desempenho, feedback e PDI, fomentando uma cultura de desenvolvimento e reconhecimento.

Contribua para a criação e implementação de programas de reconhecimento e incentivo que valorizem nossos talentos.

Acompanhe o período de experiência de novos colaboradores, assegurando uma integração bem-sucedida.

Requisitos Obrigatórios
  • Experiência comprovada como Business Partner de RH ou em posição similar.
  • Sólido conhecimento em subsistemas de RH: DHO, Remuneração, Recrutamento & Seleção, Gestão de Desempenho e Sucessão.
  • Habilidade para atuar como consultor interno, com forte capacidade de relacionamento e comunicação interpessoal.
  • Experiência na análise de indicadores de RH e na proposição de planos de ação.
  • Residência ou disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente no local solicitado.
