Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of elevators and escalators to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective maintenance plans, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our services and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering) preferred.
- Proven experience in elevator maintenance, repair, and installation; knowledge of safety protocols and regulations (e.g., NR10, NR35) essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights, with a focus on safety and adherence to company protocols.
