Senior Accounting Leader

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage daily operations and lead our team of bookkeepers in delivering exceptional client results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor 2-3 bookkeepers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Conduct quality reviews, provide coaching on best practices, and schedule regular performance check-ins.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client queries and facilitate onboarding as needed.
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience with US or Canadian clients preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing accounting/bookkeeping teams.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, Zoom, and G Suite tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canadian tax systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
