We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our warehouse team in providing exceptional customer service. As an Area Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that we meet our productivity and quality objectives.
Your primary responsibility will be to review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day, meeting overall building objectives. You will also partner with other Area Managers to balance labor, ensuring efficient shifts while meeting all goals.
A key aspect of your job is to support all safety programs and OSHA compliance, creating a safe work environment for associates. You will proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
You will be responsible for training team members and addressing their needs so they can focus on their jobs. One of the most important aspects of your role is to lead change at internet speed, driving innovation and making us the global leader we are today.
