Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team in Joinville and surrounding areas. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing elevators and escalators, ensuring they are in perfect working condition. You will also be responsible for detecting potential problems and taking proactive measures to prevent them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of elevators and escalators;
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action;
  
• Develop and implement plans to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime;
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects;
  
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 
  
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  
• Relevant technical training or degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering;
  
• At least 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair;
  
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures;
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
