Job Opportunity

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in store operations and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day activities, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Assist with managing store functions, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a positive and approachable manner.
  • Organize merchandise from delivery trucks to stockrooms and sales floors as needed.
  • Maintain promotional effectiveness of store displays.
  • Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Protect company assets and ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Help supervise, train, and develop store associates under the Store Manager's guidance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives necessary.
  • Previous experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and meet demands of frequent walking and standing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills are necessary.
