Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst role is a key position that supports our business by translating unique clinical, medical affairs, and commercial insights into actionable outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess and document sources, structures, and types of available business data.
  • Perform profiling and integration assessments across source data sets.
  • Assemble, analyze, and document supporting metadata and lineage.
  • Explain how various teams and leaders can leverage data to improve processes and recommend solutions to complex data issues.
  • Perform quality and accessibility testing and verification of ingested data sets.
  • Share findings and usage recommendations with internal teams and stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience in direct Pharma/CRO roles and data analysis or relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex subjects to a wider audience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data management teams, data-centric implementations, and data warehouse/Master Data Management initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
