Research and Development Scientist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Scientist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development of innovative products, utilizing your skills in formulation and process development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, with advanced English language skills and minimum 2 years' experience in product development. You will be responsible for leading and executing research and development projects, designing scientific experiments, analyzing results, and identifying improvement opportunities.

This role requires excellent communication, influencing, and teamwork skills, as well as intellectual curiosity and a passion for consumers. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturing plant, engineering, quality, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with Quality procedures and regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this challenging position, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business results through innovation and strategic thinking.

Requirements:
