- Certification in Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching, CompTia Security+, or CISM.
- Experience with information security and security protocols (SSL/TLS, SFTP, VPN, 8021X, SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, VLAN, Multifactor Authentication).
- Experience in network and cloud computing (MS Azure).
- Strong experience with Cisco, BlueCoat, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Bluecoat hardware and software.
- Experience in management and configuration of Cisco switches and wireless hardware.
- Experience in WAN and SD-WAN project implementation.
- Experience in Cloud PBX (Voip/SIP) projects and Zscaler technology.
- Knowledge in computer networks (LAN, WAN, and WLAN) and other TCP/IP network protocols (Firewall, proxy, smtp, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, ethernet, profinet).
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
