Corporate Health and Safety:
Our corporate health department implements medical programs and workers compensation, helping employees dealing with lost time to injury. They also conduct flight safety investigations and educate pilots on potential safety threats and more. The emergency response team falls under this department as well.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate actions between medical control and occupational health in company units.
- Establish partnerships with occupational medicine consultancies that are partners of the organization.
- Elaborate and implement programs and procedures related to legal requirements of occupational health applicable to the business.
- Develop specific studies in the acting area and issue specialized opinions in occupational health, evaluations of labor condition, expertise, audits, and medical syndicates.
- This job position is required by Brazilian labor legislation due to the company's growth.
- Coordinate the actions of medical control and occupational health in company units, establishing partnerships within and outside the organization, aiming at health protection, promotion of life quality and continuous improvement of processes.
- Establish close and continuous relationships with the organization's occupational medicine consultant partners, promoting the improvement of processes in line with the company's objectives.
- Elaborate and implement programs and procedures related to several legal requirements of occupational health applicable to the business, defining strategies and implementation methods following corporate parameters and those of OH&S Management BRA, maintaining compliance and identifying discrepancies with local legislation and corporate policies.
- Develop specific studies in the acting area and issue specialized opinions in occupational health, evaluations of labor condition, expertise, audits, and medical syndicates.
- Analyze work methods and workplaces and their relation to possible factors causing pathologies, creating key performance indicators and analyzing their trends to define and develop guidelines and standards, establishing priorities to reduce work-related illnesses and pathologies.
- Perform critical analysis and validate medical certificates, exams, reports, and other external medical documents, registering them in systems or medical records when applicable.
- Perform general medical care in the daily routine of the organization, verifying the need for complementary exams, monitoring employee health, identifying, and preventing health problems.
- Promote and carry out trainings, campaigns, lectures, and other health promotion actions to strengthen knowledge and awareness of the workforce around healthy practices and habits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine with Specialization degree in Occupational Medicine.
- CRM registration to work in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
- RQE registration as an Occupational Doctor.
- 4+ years of experience as an Occupational Doctor.
- Knowledge of medical control and occupational health.
- Ability to deal with occupational medicine consultancy.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship.
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
