Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional DevOps Manager to spearhead the development of new ideas and technologies, driving the process from conception to large-scale implementation.

This includes participating in product brainstorming sessions, overseeing the creation of product prototypes, and identifying potential design flaws until the resulting product meets expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing processes that enable the production and distribution of products on a larger scale.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure for large-scale customer projects
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies and their impact on our domain
  • Rapidly respond to system issues, drive incident resolution, and participate in high-priority activities outside of standard hours as needed
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • E nsure compliance with IT structures, processes, and technologies while maintaining knowledge of industry trends
  • Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience as a technical leader with a proven record of innovative solutions
  • 3 years of experience leading a technical transformation
  • Expert-level knowledge of testing frameworks
  • Proficiency in C++, Java,.NET programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
  • Previous Scrum Master experience a plus
