Our company is looking for a Senior Creative Director to join our team.

Creative Leadership
  • We are seeking a visionary leader who can set the tone and direction for our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level role with a minimum of 10 years of creative experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.

The Senior Creative Director will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams through the development of concepts and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shaping the creative vision of the unit and ensuring it is consistently executed across all projects.
  • Developing and executing large-scale integrated campaigns that engage, cohesively and impactfully communicate the organization's message.
  • Mentoring creative talent, building a strong team culture and fostering a space where original thinking thrives.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand objectives, define creative strategies and present ideas with clarity and conviction.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of visual communication, typography, brand systems, storytelling and design strategy, with hands-on experience in leading multi-channel creative work.
