About the Role:
Tencent Cloud is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth with key accounts in the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with key accounts.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities while managing and nurturing strategic customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Evaluate key account sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for optimizing key account management activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in hunting and managing key account sales in B2B related areas preferred.
