**Quality Assurance Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manual Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, creating new test cases, and maintaining existing manual test suites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements to identify areas for improvement and create detailed test plans.
- Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of our software applications.
- Maintain and update existing test suites to reflect changes in business requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to support end-to-end system integration tests.
- Present test results to stakeholders and communicate effectively with team members.
Technical Requirements:
- Salesforce:
- Experience Level: 5-8 years.
- Previous experience in Salesforce/Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Analytical and coding skills with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Proficiency with DB/SQL and familiarity with CI tools like Jenkins and Azure.
- Knowledge of GIT for source code management. - PeopleSoft:
- Experience Level: 5-8 years.
- Experience with manual and automation testing of PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain systems.
- Preferred experience with ERP migration involving PeopleSoft.
- Strong knowledge of DB/SQL, Jenkins, and Azure.
- Familiarity with source code management tools like GIT. - Vendavo:
- Experience Level: 5-8 years.
- Expertise in testing Vendavo pricing software.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr for reporting.
- Proficiency in DB/SQL and CI tools such as Jenkins and Azure.
- Solid understanding of source code management tools like GIT.

Qualifications:
