We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Retail Sales and Business Development team in Brazil. As an AWS Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing customer adoption, and shaping the future of our business in the Retail and CPG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to accelerate customer adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or consulting, with at least 5 years in sales team management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer adoption.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and the Retail and CPG industry.
- BA/BS degree required.
