Cloud Transformation Project Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of cloud transformation projects for our customers. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and sales teams to amend contractual scope, financials, and expected timelines; manage engagement goals and lead teams to achieve customers' business outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups to analyze project goals, create a plan, and guide team members to achieve those goals; actively look for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Build relationships with various customer and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership teams and project level resources; plan and oversee the preparation and distribution of project communications.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Bachelor's Degree, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).
