Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

We seek an exceptional Quality Assurance expert to drive quality and excellence in our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct testing execution activities and participate in review meetings.
- Identify and escalate QA issues; provide guidance on correct processes.
- Develop test matrices and automated scripts under supervision.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA practices and tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication skills in English - required for daily interaction.
