Compras Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Assistant to support our production and prototype builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing all necessary materials, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.

• Analyze and execute Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) to meet production needs.
• Coordinate materials movement from receiving to production, minimizing liabilities and optimizing inventory investment levels.
• Purchase Orders are issued based on negotiated terms and conditions agreed upon by commodity managers and buyers.
• Optimize order management process for efficient supplier communication.
• Maintain master data integrity to minimize material liability and balance procurement costs with inventory levels.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, addressing recurring or critical issues through corrective action tools and additional resources.
• Support Accounts Payable in resolving invoice discrepancies.

• Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Able to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer, using a Windows-based operating system, and related software.
• Training and knowledge of software packages are required.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visual aids.
• Familiarity with standardized situations with occasional variables.
