Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI specialist to join our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and optimizing machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  • They will also have extensive experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI-powered applications as well as a strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and optimize machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  • Develop APIs, databases and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation on ML workflows, architectures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Meaningful experience working on large complex systems.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
