Logistics Operation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the operation of outsourced delivery stations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end the stations operated by logistics partners, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and customer experience.
- Act operationally in managing daily routines, executing processes, volume monitoring, and resolving deviations.
- Monitor and optimize operating costs, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and increase productivity without compromising quality.
- Manage operational capacity, anticipating peaks in demand and ensuring adequate resources, infrastructure, and teams for current and future volumes.
- Develop, implement, and lead tactical and expansion projects, such as network adjustments and optimization of logistics flows.
- Define and monitor strategic metrics and KPIs with logistics partners, implementing action plans to achieve or exceed goals.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, using insights for critical and quick decisions.
- Act as the main link between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives, deadlines, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience with SQL.
