Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our team at Pacifica Continental. As a Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing projects that optimize business performance, facilitate management, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data architecture, overseeing Azure, MS Fabric, and Power Platform infrastructure, fostering innovation, managing internal ERP (PacOS) and CRMs (JazzHR, Apollo, Zoho, Hubspot, DashR).
  • Develop dashboards, automations, ETL processes, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage Data Engineering, BI, RPA, Apps, and related projects, defining requirements and deliverables.
  • Maintain and customize cloud resources (servers, VMs, Active Directory, web apps, etc.).
  • Manage Power Platform products, including administration and governance.
  • Serve as database administrator for Azure SQL Server.
  • Develop process automations in Power Automate, N8N, and Python.
  • Develop applications in Power Apps.
  • Act as Product Owner for PacOS and Product Manager for DashR.
  • Lead strategic planning using OKR and Balanced Scorecard methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of experience in roles like Analytics Engineer or Data Specialist, preferably in multicultural environments.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication in English required).
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus.
  • Business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership.
  • Motivated to work in multicultural settings.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication skills.
