• Mentor Amazon staff in lean principles, promoting standard work processes and habits throughout daily operations.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable operations background.
• Proven track record of leading, teaching, and developing teams to achieve key organizational goals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Effective cross-functional project management experience.
