Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Payments

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our digital payments marketing efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, with significant experience in the online and services industry. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prioritize marketing campaigns that meet the needs of various businesses in Brazil
  • Work closely with multiple marketing teams to own the payments marketing roadmap
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right campaign and communication are built with the right quality at the right time
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related area
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese language
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
