  • Serve as a key member of the procurement team to drive process development, training, and support.

Our team focuses on ensuring our procurement systems, tools, and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives. This involves:

  • Providing functional expertise for all procurement-related systems and tools.
  • Supporting users in resolving typical and advanced queries that require research.
  • Coordinating and facilitating training for new hires, functionality updates, and upgrades.
  • Tracking and communicating changes/enhancements to existing planning systems.
  • Evaluating business systems and troubleshooting areas of concern.
  • Introducing and supporting corporate-designed tools.
  • Evaluating and monitoring current processes and tools to meet departmental needs.
  • Providing support for system tools and related issues.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Detailing requirements for enhancements through Business Development Requests.
  • Providing initial functional specifications.
  • Assisting in testing, validation, and rollout processes for new functionality.
  • Defining and documenting business processes, policies, and work instructions.
