Senior Electrical Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Designer to join our team in developing innovative electrical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in designing and developing electrical schemes, diagrams, and calculations. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical projects from customer specifications;
• Create calculation reports for equipment sizing;
• Design logical protection and control diagrams;
• Prepare detailed drawings and electrical diagrams using CAD software;
• Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards;
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply departments to deliver high-quality projects;
• Analyze scope of supply from technical and commercial aspects;
• Conduct studies and analysis of electrical requirements for project development;
• Participate in technical meetings with customers and stakeholders;
• Develop specification of electrical equipment;
• Create dimensional drawings and electrical diagrams using CAD and electronic tools;
• Guide junior designers in the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical projects for medium voltage and low voltage panels;
• Proficient in CAD tools for developing electrical projects, including Eletron software;
• Knowledge of protection systems, protection logic diagrams, and parameterization of protection relays;
• In-depth knowledge of electrical principles, including voltage, power, current, power factor, electrical commands, logical and functional diagrams, electrical power systems, coordination and selectivity studies;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
