We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead personnel administration operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. This professional will be responsible for payroll management, benefits administration, legal compliance, and regional process structuring.
The role involves harmonizing practices across acquired entities, ensuring standardization, legal compliance, and operational efficiency and leading digital transformation.
This position reports to the regional HR leadership of a multinational industrial company with 19,000 employees worldwide and approximately 2,000 in the region.
We need people who can see new ways to do things and make these changes happen. Hands-on attitude is required and you like to take responsibility and organize your own work.
You have the needed basics in place: a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in People Management, Labor Law, or related areas will be considered a plus.
Preferably solid work experience within Payroll/Personnel Administration, with a leadership role. Proven experience in multinational companies is essential, including managing teams and processes across multiple Latin American countries.
You will be working in a global environment, so we are looking for a strong communicator (both written and verbal) not only in Portuguese, but also in English and Spanish (fluent).
