Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of the production team, you will play a pivotal role in project execution, optimizing performance and driving effective project management practices.

  • Work closely with the Production Manager to align project management strategies with the company's overarching business objectives.
  • Advocate for project methodologies, standards and guidelines that enhance project management and production practices.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards and procedures throughout the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in alignment with production processes.
  • Implement and manage project management tools to streamline workflows, communication and reporting.
  • Equip teams with training to maximize effective use of these tools.
  • Centralize all project-related data, maintain detailed reports and provide critical insights into project performance.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards for internal visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and efficient resource allocation.
