As a Senior Flutter Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the web experience of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to adapt existing Flutter mobile screens for the web and create new features that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform existing mobile screens into responsive web views that provide an exceptional browsing experience.
  • Design and implement web-only features that augment the platform's functionality.
  • Establish best practices for Flutter web development within the team.
  • Optimize performance, responsiveness, and offline capabilities for users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences.
  • Mentor junior engineers on web development techniques.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Flutter development, with at least 2 years focused on production-level web applications.
  • A proven track record of shipping high-quality, responsive apps that run across browsers.
  • In-depth understanding of Flutter's rendering model on the web, including performance considerations and workarounds.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) and offline-first patterns (local databases, syncing, caching).
  • Familiarity with backend/data sync stacks such as Supabase, Drift, or PowerSync.
  • Strong eye for UX and ability to determine when web users require different features than mobile users.
  • Ability to work independently and drive technical direction.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience leading a Flutter team or serving as a go-to person for web development.
  • Familiarity with authentication flows (OTP, passwordless, multi-tenant).
  • Experience in industries with demanding offline requirements (agriculture, logistics, construction, etc.).
