Culinary Assistant

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Assistant to join our team at the Gravataí Plant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in the implementation of internal hygiene and food handling procedures, working closely with our Chief Cooks to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, following the Coordination and Chef's instructions.
• Support the activities of general helpers and half restaurant officers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Participate in the final tasting of dishes, working with Chefs and Coordination Chefs to ensure exceptional quality.
• Inform the Chef and/or Coordination of any non-conformities related to the operation, including preparation and cooking of food, cleaning, maintenance, and safety aspects.
• Contribute to the preparation of the monthly menu, working with the team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
• Assist in the creation of new recipes and adaptations, when necessary.

**Requirements**:

• Knowledge of industrial or commercial restaurant operations.
• Completed high school education.
• Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
