About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Operations Support Analyst to join our team at 1200 Kyndryl Brasil Servicos Limitada. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our tax operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external tax vendors to review tax calculations and tax returns related to IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS.
  • Work closely with our Business Units and Enterprise Support teams to ensure the delivery of quality data to external vendors for tax compliance execution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax regulations and obligations.
  • Provide high-quality tax operations support for IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative developments that may impact current and deferred IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS.
  • Support day-to-day tax accounting activities, including journal bookings, tax account reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax-related matters.
  • Support tax authority reviews and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with our Tax Controls Framework & Tax Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in the SAP platform.
  • Strong accounting skills, including the ability to perform account reconciliations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tax and tax accounting, preferably with a combination of in-house experience with a large multinational enterprise and relevant Big 4 experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English and Spanish.
  • Proficient use of technical tools and programs required to perform responsibilities, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
