Accounts Payable Manager

This role is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying compliance of purchase payments and employee reimbursement documents.
- A key part of this role will involve accurately recording procurement and payment details, completing the payment approval process, and ensuring the correctness of related accounting entries.
- Additionally, the selected candidate will coordinate with local suppliers, business departments, and finance department to resolve issues related to procurement payments and reimbursement business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts payable module of financial system.
- Provide support to local business personnel in understanding financial system.
- Collaborate with finance team to complete ad hoc projects and data reports.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills (daily use).
- 7 years working experience in accounts payable and similar role, knowledge of computerized accounting system.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and local accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office Application, especially in Excel.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, execution ability, and sense of responsibility with dedication and teamwork spirit.
