Software Engineering Position

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer with strong technical expertise to contribute to our collaborative project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable web applications from requirements analysis to production deployment.
  • Evaluate and integrate new libraries, tools, and technologies; conduct code reviews; refactor; and perform thorough testing.
  • Enhance application performance through data-driven decision making.
  • Develop efficient solutions for complex problems.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment emphasizing innovation, teamwork, and creativity.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in writing and deploying production code.
  • Ability to abstract complex problems and design elegant solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Java 8 and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful Services, and Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in unit and integration testing.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Nice to Have:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience in the financial domain is beneficial.
