Quality Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for investigating, designing, training, implementing, regulating and verifying the correct execution of systems, processes, methodologies and tools.

This position requires a strong understanding of quality systems, process control and statistical tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, design, train, implement, regulate and verify the correct execution of systems, processes, methodologies and tools.
• Develops and implements the master plan for technical training in processes, in conjunction with specialist Brazil.
• Ensure compliance with specific manufacturing processes and product quality according to consumer satisfaction as well as detect opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Advise, recommend and support the technical feasibility for the development of new products and inputs.
• Verify the reproducibility and consistency of the Gold Standard, through periodic evaluations, coordinating preventive and corrective improvement actions, establishing and replicating in all plants the best practices for quality consistency and increased productivity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar
• Experience: minimum 3 years in similar position
• Knowledge in Quality systems, process control and statistical tools (CEP, Quality Route, Lean Sigma)
• Personal Profile: Creative, Dynamic, excellent in communication skills and teamwork, with initiative
