Content Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Content Growth Strategist to drive growth through strategic video, audio, and digital content management. As the key point of contact for our podcast and YouTube channels, you will lead the end-to-end guest pipeline, develop and execute YouTube strategies, run social media campaigns, create branded assets, write and distribute weekly newsletters, monitor performance metrics, and manage HubSpot CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end guest pipeline for our podcast: outreach, scheduling, communication
  • Develop and execute YouTube strategies that prioritize SEO, thumbnails, retention, and engagement
  • Run organic and paid campaigns on social media to promote content across platforms
  • Create branded assets in Canva or Photoshop for video, podcast, and social channels
  • Write and distribute weekly newsletters to engage and grow our subscriber base
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback; iterate content strategy accordingly
  • Manage HubSpot CRM data and reporting tied to campaign performance
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years in content marketing, podcast growth, or digital media
  • Experience optimizing content for YouTube and podcast discoverability
  • Working knowledge of tools like Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Strong writing skills and a strategic, analytical mindset
