We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Director. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain and grow key client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define account strategies and targets, and representing the company at client meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand existing client relationships;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Strategy Teams to define account strategies, action plans, and targets;
- Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and keep all Business Units informed of ongoing activities;
- Evaluate key accounts' viability, evolution, and results, providing monthly monitoring and reporting about target KPIs, actions, and plans;
- Attend Business Review meetings with the KAM team, sharing information collected within the organization and from on-the-job experience;
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent business acumen to identify key customer needs and manage their business while ensuring profitable deals for both parties;
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
