Intern Responsibilities:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Support Center Brazil
Location: Hybrid position in Brazil
1. Contribute to the Communication Team of Support Center Brazil by developing presentations and managing internal communications.
- Serve as the primary contact for communication and marketing initiatives within the team;
- Manage the internal portal for Support Center Brazil;
- Oversee the monthly newsletter;
- Utilize creativity and design skills in various projects;
2. Organize internal events;
3. Manage transportation logistics for late shifts and weekends as needed;
4. Handle overtime payment documentation;
5. Create purchase orders;
6. Facilitate the reception and distribution of documents;
7. Coordinate travel arrangements;
8. Assist the Support Center Coordinator with various tasks;
9. Provide support for ongoing local and global projects.
Qualifications:
We seek a proactive individual who is curious and resilient. You should enjoy working on impactful projects and be motivated by continuous learning.
No prior experience is necessary, although a year of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Pursuing a degree in executive secretarial studies or administration (preferably in the second semester or later);
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (oral and written);
• Attention to detail and a high level of motivation;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Team Dynamics:
The intern will collaborate closely with the Support Center Lead and Coordinator, assisting managers and employees with various administrative functions. The role also offers opportunities to engage in global projects within the Support Center Network as required.
